Prof. Mikaelly Frasson

Veterinary Doctor graduated from the Newton Paiva University Center, Master's Student in Animal Science at the Department of Veterinary Clinic and Surgery at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), in the area of Clinical Medicine and Surgical Wild Animals. Veterinary Doctor in the Muriqui Institute of Biodiversity (MIB) team, working in the medical clinic and management of the Northern Muriqui (Brachyteles hypoxanthus), a species critically endangered.

Prof. Ana Raquel Faria

Master in Animal Nutrition - UFRRJ and Animal Science graduated from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro and doctoral candidate in Ecology and Natural Resources at the State University of Norte Fluminense (UENF). Has been working for  More than 25 years in the area of environment, ex situ and in situ management for wildlife conservation, the professional started her career at the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro (RioZoo Foundation), passing by the Federal Government (IBAMA) – Centro of Wild Animal Screening - CETAS RJ and, later, IBAMA headquarters - Brasília.

Prof. Lucas Carneiro

Master in Animal Nutrition - Federal University of Paraná  and Zootechnician trained by the same institution. Director of nutrition and animal feed at the Brasília Zoo. He is currently head of the animal nutrition division at BioParque in Rio de Janeiro. In addition, he acts as a consultant in animal nutrition for ZooCare and as Coordinator of the AZAB nutrition committee and instructor of Fauna em Foco courses.
